What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a gentle form of martial art and exercise that involves a formal series of flowing, graceful, slow-motion movements. 

Tai Chi can serve as a healthy form of low-impact exercise that can help to develop strength, balance and flexibility.

Classes are small...2 to 6 students

                              Tai Chi is a graceful and slow moving exercise 

Tai Chi can be practiced inside or outdoors. Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone;  people with very limited mobility can practice tai chi or qi gong sitting down on a chair.
