Anxiety treatment in the clinic is personalized and based on an initial assessment 

Physical constitution, hereditary factors, medical history, lifestyle and environment  influence the treatment plan.

Treatment plan will be adjusted after every treatment to the needs of the patient, assessed improvement or regression, recent events etc.

Therapies used to treat anxiety are

Therapy for anxiety is usually scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on severity of your symptoms, environment and lifestyle and present situation.

Clients in anxiety therapy are encouraged to practice exercises at home and follow recommendations.
